Terms of Service
Warranty
1. One year guarantee.
2. If the item is defective upon receipt, it should be within 7 days from the date of receipt for exchange a new one (Buyer should return all original and undamaged items under re-saleable condition).
3. We supply free repairing service within one year of purchase.
4. One we get the returned items, we will send the replaced ones back as soon as possible.
5. Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or under un-normal operating conditions.
Payment
1. Payment method are Paypal or wire transfer. Wire transfer is preferd.
2. Please contact us for a personalized offer if you want to make a big order.
Shipment
1. We can ship the products all the world.
2. We are sending regular mail via Slovak Post. DHL, FedEx, UPS, GLS are also available (on request).
3. The item will be sent out with 2 days after receiving the payment.
4. Please make sure your delivery address and contact telephone number are correct.
5. You can track the situation of your product after they are shipped out
Return Policy
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Conditions for Returns
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
You will need to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Import Taxes or Duties
1. Import duties, taxes and other charges happened in your side are not included in the price of the item. These fees are afforded by buyer.
2. Please check with you countrys Customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchase.
